OUTFIT / Middle Earth

Denim duster coat / ASOS
boots / Peachoo + Krejberg

I forgot the place where we took this photo. From the vehicle , the site looks just like normal but once we got out and experience the atmosphere - it was 10x different! It was like the whole time during the road trip we were just watching everything from the screen. You forget that the visuals are real. But once you immerse in it , you feel the grass, the wind , you just don't smell but you breathe. I would've loved to stay with my picnic mat and pillow. It would have been great to watch the clouds drift from up above or do stargazing. I miss New Zealand. It went really really quick. We were there for 5 days however I am grateful that I have these photos to help me refresh that moment.

TRAVEL / Lake Tekapo

OUTFIT / Leather legs

neoprene top / ASOS
boots / Peachoo + Krejberg Paris

I never imagines myself loving the idea of thigh high boots however I saw the FW collection of Hood By Air and I was blown away. Along with that, Vetements released crotch high cowboy boots that resembled like trousers. I thought it was amazing. It's winter time here in Australia and I wish it won't end. So many boots , so little time!

RUNWAY / Juun J. S/S18

This is why I love this guy so much. He makes me want to wear oversized things. Yes I may have a height of a kid , but the drama and richness of this silhouette is definitely inspiring. I think always shopping for clothes your size is kind of boring. Plus I love how he styled the longline shirt with a midi skirt and fanny bags. In 2011 he made pinstripes big ( along with Stella McCartney ) and I do love this transition and development. The splicing of the shirts, jackets and outerwear is done with panache.

TRAVEL / Shibuya Runway

If I could I would stay in Shibuya and just watch + listen everything. The red lights turning green, the psychedelic colors of bags and jackets , those huge Japanese characters on the billboards , the click clack of heeled boots, the click click of the tourist's big camera , the swaying of the plastic covered shopping bags, the scarves wafting in mid air , the shoulder to shoulder friction, the fashion runway that is 24/7 and the smell of the chaos. I was there. It's so nice to say that I was once part of it. When I saw MARIAH in her music video crossing this famous place with plastic umbrellas everywhere, I told myself that I will experience it in the future. To some it seems like an over hyped pavement, an ordinary busy crossing. But I am not of those who fail to see beauty in the mundane. I hope the photo represented the mood we had that day.
